From the storybook that we read, we understood how the day and night changes due to the earth's spin on its axis(rotation).

Now, let us use the model that we made to find the side of the earth facing the sun having day and the opposite side having night. 

We can also have a role-play with your family members by you taking up the role of earth and your parent or sibling holding a torch light playing the role of the sun to find how day and night happen as you spin.
